Want a private session with just your drum majors?
After camp has concluded, we offer additional private sessions with single schools to work on their individual show music, answer additional questions, and address conducting techniques in a private setting. These sessions are called Flair+ sessions.
Flair+ comes highly recommended by our former directors and their students. Flair+ sessions give your students a 60-minute private session with our director. We will work on your school’s show music and map out important musical aspects to highlight and how to best execute those sections. Additionally, we will continue to address questions, techniques, and uniformity in these private sessions.
Your school can book up to four Flair+ sessions. (We recommend a session per song. If your school has a show with three songs, we would suggest booking three Flair+ sessions.)
Flair+ sessions are $100/school and have limited availability.
“The Flair+ Sessions are worth their weight in GOLD! I highly recommend every director take advantage of these sessions. Christine did private Flair+ Sessions with my students and they got one-on-one coaching on OUR show music. My drum majors came back inspired and ready to lead.”

About the Founder
Christine Sarvey | Music Educator
Since I was a drum major of the Beast of the East, the IUP Marching Band, I have had the pleasure of instructing private drum major camps. I have been instructing such camps since 2008, have a Masters in Music Education, and have taught instrumental lessons for 20+ years. The thousands of students I have reached have ranged from preschoolers to the collegiate level.
My favorite part about summer, besides the warm weather?!? Drum Major camp! I am very excited to extend my reach past local schools and impact schools around the United States. I hope you will join me this year as we bring top-notch training to drum majors in a way that will better suit their schedule, needs, and help them develop into future leaders!
